2. Water therapy: Minimum 1.00 to 1.50 litres of water to be taken in the morning before brushing your teeth. Next one hour nothing should be taken (This is natural way to treat constipation). This practice should be continued for ever which will save one from many other diseases.

DIRECTION FOR USE
 
To be taken in empty stomach with water in the morning followed by 10 gms. of butter. For Fistula: 2 capsules to be taken in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening one hour before breakfast and dinner.
