INSTRUCTIONS:
Avoid excessive Chillies, Spicy food, Non-Veg, liquor, coffee, Tobacco, Gutkha, Zarda & SmoKing, Do not take antibiotic medicines during the course of treatment .
RECOMMENDATIONS :
1. Two Tea Spoons of Butter / Pure Ghee with meals to be taken twice daily during the course of treatment.
2. Water therapy: Minimum 1.00 to 1.50 litres of water to be taken in the morning before brushing your teeth. Next one hour nothing should be taken (This is natural way to treat constipation). This practice should be continued for ever which will save one from many other diseases.

Kabzkure Powder to be taken in one glass of luke warm water before going to bed .
